Paul Whitworth is the Sr. Vice President, DMS and Fixed Operations at Cox Automotive – Retail Solutions Group. In this position, Paul has responsibility for Dealer Management System (DMS), the baseline software system for dealership efficiency, and Xtime, an industry-leading dealer vehicle service and repair scheduling platform.Paul’s background in strategic planning, market research, and brand development play an essential role in helping DMS and Xtime work more closely together, while maintaining their distinct brands and strategies.
Prior to his current role, Paul served as Vice President of Business Operations for Retail Solutions at Cox Automotive. As Vice President, he helped lead the formation and integration of Cox Automotive’s Retail Solutions group following multiple acquisitions including, VinSolutions, Xtime and Dealertrack.
Prior to joining Cox Automotive, Paul served in a number of automotive strategy and technology management roles. He was the Director of Strategic Planning at Hyundai Motor America and the VP of the Information Services group at Reynolds and Reynolds. He has also built a number of successful start-up companies. Paul started his career as an analyst and strategy consulting project manager for J.D. Power and Associates and Accenture.
Paul received his Bachelor of Arts and Science. in Engineering from the University of Toronto and Master of Science degrees in Engineering and Technology Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Corey Roberts General Manager
As General Manger, Corey Roberts oversees Xtime’s operational strategies and policies that drive the company’s profitable growth.
Corey has held numerous sales and marketing leadership positions around the world, contributing to significant growth in market share and profitability. Prior to joining Xtime, Corey was Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Snap-on Business Solutions. Under his guidance, the company became the leading provider of Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPCs) to the world’s automotive, construction and agricultural equipment manufacturers and their dealer networks.
Corey earned his bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

David Foutz Division VP, Sales
As Division VP, Sales, David Foutz leads sales growth and sales support teams in the United States and Canada.
David is a strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development. He has generated strategies and exceeded business objectives in various spaces—selling and marketing IT products and services within the automotive, construction/agriculture and powersports industries. Prior to Xtime, David served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Snap-on Business Solutions. There, he achieved year over year growth and 11 percent improvement in operating income, and helped grow market share to 61 percent. Additionally, David has held management positions at ProQuest Business Solutions and Bell & Howell, establishing product and marketing strategies.
David received his bachelor’s degree in theater and MBA from Brigham Young University.

John Grace Division VP, Production & Support
John Grace joined Xtime in January 2011 as Division VP, Production and Support. John brings nearly 20 years of high-tech operations and support experience to this position.
Prior to Xtime, John was VP, Operations for Tastingroom.com, where he developed a patent-pending anaerobic wine decanting system. Before that, John was a member of the executive staff of the Location-Services Division of Autodesk and for nearly eight years played a critical role in the growth and expansion of the division, delivering middleware and application solutions to wireless telecommunications companies. John was responsible for managing SaaS solutions and Customer Premises Equipment processing hundreds of billable transactions per second and delivering service levels of 99.9% and 99.999%, respectively. At Autodesk, John was also responsible for providing 24/7 support to both domestic and international customers. John has extensive experience with pre-IPO start-ups, as well as with more established companies in all phases of technical and business management.
John has a master’s degree from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree from the California State University.

Chris Ice Division VP, Product Marketing
As Division VP, Product Marketing, Chris Ice utilizes his product, industry and technical insights to shape product definition, refine product positioning and messaging and orchestrate go-to-market strategies for the various Xtime product lines.
Chris has spearheaded several key leadership roles ranging from Engineering to Product Management and, most recently, Product Solutions. Chris has over 20 years of software and IT experience in such diverse industries as defense and aerospace, industrial automation, transportation and logistics, professional services, networking and automotive.
Chris received his degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Bradley University, and is active in restoration and racing of vintage sports cars, racecars and motorcycles.

Jim Roche Division VP, Marketing & Managed Services
As Division VP, Marketing & Managed Services, Jim Roche is responsible for brand positioning and driving marketing’s strategic impact on business.
Jim brings over 30 years of automotive high-tech leadership experience. Previously, Jim was founder and Chief Executive Officer of AutoPoint, where he was the visionary and driving force behind the development of the industry’s first multichannel marketing platform, its adoption by hundreds of dealers and its subsequent acquisition by SRS. While at SRS, AutoPoint experienced rapid growth; Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe acquired SRS in 2013.
Prior to AutoPoint, Jim was CEO of Ocentrix Inc., which developed a modern technology automotive dealership management system. Jim has also served as Vice President of Product Management at Autobytel, where he oversaw the Autobytel product portfolio and drove the development of the RPM CRM platform, and as Senior Vice President of Operations at Newgen during the company’s rapid growth to over 5,000 dealerships and its 1999 IPO. While at Newgen, Jim oversaw the creation of the automotive industry’s first web-based on-demand marketing tool, Carabunga.com.
Jim is a public speaker and has published numerous articles on automotive technology and CRM. He also occasionally plays bass guitar with some guys in a garage.

Adam Springer Division VP, Engineering
As Division VP, Engineering, Adam Springer leads Xtime’s product direction, software development and SaaS operations. Since joining Xtime in 2011, he has more than quadrupled the size of his organization, while establishing world-class product management, architecture, business intelligence and operations teams. Adam’s focus is to deliver the best solution to the automotive industry, serving vehicle owners, dealers and manufacturers.
Before joining Xtime, Adam was SVP of Engineering at Dorado Corporation (acquired by CoreLogic), a financial Services SaaS solutions provider to tier-one banks. Prior to Dorado, Adam was VP of R&D for Enterprise Engines Inc. (acquired by QAD), a pioneer in cloud-based ERP. Adam also served as Director of Professional Services for GemStone Systems, Inc., a Java application server company active in many industries including manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, logistics, power and telecommunications. Adam is co-author of the Object Database Standard ODMG 2.0 and holds US Patent 7,853,464 – Dynamic Workflow Architectures for Loan Processing. His teams have won the 2014 Oracle Excellence Awards for Fusion Middleware Innovation in the Big Data and Business Analytics Category and the 2014 Telematics Update Best Automotive Application award.
Adam holds bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from the University of California at San Diego. In his spare time he enjoys soccer, the guitar, and being a shade tree mechanic.
